Admonition over, you haven't said where the data is to go or where the files are located. From the first sheet you want the values of 3 discontiguous cells; from the second sheet you want 71 rows; and from the third sheet you want 70 rows. How does that relate to the sample data that you posted?

To be honest I think your request is too much to ask of this Forum. You either need to get on and do it manually or hire a consultant.
