Fill blanks in column

I have data in a column where A2 has a date, A10 has a date, and A23 has a date - the other cells are blank (except header in A1). I need to fill in the blanks the same as the full cell above.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I felt the same way when I first discovered this cool little trick. It often comes in very handy.
