filter data for multiple columns into table based on textbox ?

hi

I have table's name is DATA ( not normal range) and contains four columns start from column E: H . the headers in row 4 and I have textbox 1 is activex of type . what I want if I write in textbox1 based on column E or F or G or H ,then should filter data and copy to sheet RESULT .
the data in table contains path of the files and extensions and names of the files with numbers also date modified
the date modified is existed in column F and the path in column G . as to files names are existed in columns E,H
