I'm using the Min formula to find the earliest start time, however I would like the time found to be rounded down to the last 15 minute interval.
For example if 17 mins is found then it would round down to 15, if 653 mins are found it would round down to 645.
Almost forgot times are shown in minutes.
Can anyone help?
