I need take a dollar amount (50.00) and turn it into an 11-character fixed length cell w/o the decimal (00000005000).

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
=RIGHT("00000000000"&DOLLAR(A1)*100,11)
=RIGHT("00000000000"&TEXT(A1,"0.00")*100,11)
=SUBSTITUTE(TEXT(A14,"000000000.00"),".","")

...take your pick.
