I have a spreadsheet with address details. Some data is in the wrong columns, Country in Postcode, Postcode in country. This varies from row to row.

How do I format the sheet to have all the "Country" data in that column, all the "Postcode" data in that column and so on.

It must be possible?

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
One suggestion:

Copy both columns to the right.

Then develop an IF() formula that can determine if the value in one of the columns is the Postcode. Have the If() formula copy the appropriate value depending on the answer and the column it is in.
