I was sent a couple of files of lat/long coords that are not properly formatted. I need to change them to degrees, minutes and seconds and combine the two columns because lat is in one column and long is in another column.
column a: 41 22 45
column b: 93 32 37
What I need:
41* 22' 45", 93* 32' 37"
where the * is should be a degree symbol and I usually use alt + 248 but I can't do that here.
Can anyone help me?
