Forms like in Apple Numbers

Hi,

One thing I really liked about the Numbers app for iOS was the 'create new form' function. I liked how you could input multiple sets of data on one page, using the form format, and it would copy across to another page. Is it possible to make similar to that on Microsoft Excel?
