Formula bar cow vs. sheet cow dilemma

I would like my cow symbol to look like it does in the formula bar, and not the way it looks on the sheet.
Ex. 1: Cow in yellow highlight desirable, unhighlighted cow is trash.

I do not know why the cow symbol is deceptive, but it is not the only one. Behold.
Ex. 2: House with garden

Now in the second case, it is hard to deny the aesthetic value of the lower house is of a superior caliber, despite the lack of the suggested garden. It took real vision and craftsmanship.

But I've strayed from my point. What must I do to see the formula bar cow on the sheet?

I'm presuming this is about fonts and not images.
My guess is that the font in the formula bar and the cell don't match. I know you can alter the bar font (say to Times New Roman) in Options and it will use that font. Type in a cell and it uses the cell font setting, which could be different. I guess you could try altering the cell font until you get a match. What font gives you cows?

Amazing. I used a script to set different fonts and was about to give up. Nothing was changing that basic cow symbol until I got to Segoe UI Symbol, so that is the answer. Maybe that is what the formula bar uses for its font?

As I mentioned

you can alter the bar font (say to Times New Roman) in Options

Look at your options: File>Options>General>When Creating New Workbooks - see font options
AFAIK, that is the formula bar font setting. Is that font your selected font?
