I have a formula that works out the number of days left on a product depending when it is due to be delivered.

The formula is currently in cell W12 is:

=IF(ISBLANK(AP12)," ",U12-S12)

It returns 1 based on the information I have in the spreadsheet currently.

AP12 is the delivery date.

This is the information in the spreadsheet

S T U V W

12 54 55 1

What I want to do is add to the formula so it only returns a value to the above formula if the product is Chilled. If the temperature is Frozen I would like W12 to be blank.

The temperature is recorded on Column J on the spreadsheet.

Is this possible?

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
@Pibsandsquibs Welcome. If I am understanding your explanation correctly then, maybe.

=IF(OR(ISBLANK(AP12),J12<>"Chilled")," ",U12-S12)
