Formula for percentage not to exceed 100%

I use the following formula to calculate a percentage based on two variables. I need to modify it so that the maximum percentage never exceeds 100%. Any help would be appreciated.

=IF(AND(M12<>"",N12<>""),N12/M12*100,"")

=IF(AND(M12<>"",N12<>""),MIN(N12/M12*100,100),"")

Depends on what you want to happen if it would be over 100, but:

=IF(AND(M12<>"",N12<>"",M12>=N12),N12/M12*100,"")

=IF(N12>M12,100,IF(AND(M12<>"",N12<>""),N12/M12*100,""))
