Formula gone wrong.

Was using the following formula for sometime now and suddenly it's stopped giving me the results and I'm hoping someone can help. It's to return a number from the "CUSTOMERS" sheet that is now giving an #NAME? error. I don't recall how the _xlfn.SWITCH was to play a part in the formula?

=IFNA(INDEX(_xlfn.SWITCH(E656,"Sets FOB",CUSTOMERS!$B:$B,"Part/Colour",CUSTOMERS!$C:$C,"FMA",CUSTOMERS!$D:$D,"Sets Installed",CUSTOMERS!$E:$E,"Full",CUSTOMERS!$F:$F,"Cartridge",CUSTOMERS!$G:$G,"Direct Ship",CUSTOMERS!$H:$H,"MG",CUSTOMERS!$I:$I),MATCH(D656,CUSTOMERS!$A:$A,0)),"")

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Are you still using 365? It sounds as if you are now using an older version.

The #NAME error and the _xlfn prefix means that your version of Excel doesn't have the SWITCH function.

Strange, I just added Office on Sunday, they must have gave me a link to the wrong version, I'll check and update you. Thanks for catching that.

Called MS and they reactivated the licence on our account, back in action, thank you all!
