Formula Help: Create array that repeats list of items X times as based off another column.

See image below. I have a unique list of Items in column A and a designated amount of times I want to repeat each item in column B.
I'm looking to create a new array (listed as final answer in the screenshot below) that duplicates the original list in column A the designated amount of times in Column B.
Appreciate the help!

How about
Excel Formula:
=TOCOL(IF(SEQUENCE(,MAX(B2:B10))<=B2:B10,A2:A10,1/0),2)
