I don't understand how you got your results... Are the results you are looking for (in yellow) shown correctly? Could you explain the logic for getting them? I thought it should be this:
Excel Workbook
ABCDEFG
2PfolioTrustTrustPfolioSubpfolio
3eri061ModerateProperty TrustOPTMOD
4OPTMODProperty TrustModerateeri061
5CAETRNAus EquitiesAus EquitiesCAETRN
Sheet1
Excel 2003

In that case, this seems to work (pasted down):

Excel Workbook
ABCDEFG
2PfolioTrustTrustPfolioSubpfolio
3eri061ModerateProperty TrustOPTMOD
4OPTMODProperty TrustModerateeri061
5CAETRNAus EquitiesAus EquitiesCAETRN
Sheet1
Excel 2003
#VALUE!
Entered with Ctrl+Shift+Enter. If entered correctly, Excel will surround with curly braces {}. Note: Do not try and enter these manually yourself

This seems to work:
Excel Workbook
ABCDEFGH
1PfolioTrustTrustPfolioSubpfolioSubpfolio
2eri061ModerateProperty TrustOPTMOD
3OPTMODProperty TrustModerateeri061
4CAETRNAus EquitiesAus EquitiesCAETRN
5rth042Growth FundGrowth Fundrth042
Sheet1
Excel 2003
#VALUE!
Entered with Ctrl+Shift+Enter. If entered correctly, Excel will surround with curly braces {}.

...I'm sure there must be a way to specifiy the whole 3-column search range without using a bunch of if()s, but can't seem to figure it out unfortunately.
