Formula problem

I have a list of over 800 schools, and I need to remove the Primary Schools from this list. I don't want to have to go through them manually!

Is there a formula I can use to check each cell for the word 'Primary' (I don't want to to see which cells ONLY have 'primary' in them, as none of them do, but to see which of the 800 cells INCLUDE the word 'primary')

I'm thinking maybe an IF formula, however I don't know how to portray "search for the word 'primary' " in the Logical Test box.

Can anyone help?

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Hello,

Why don't you use the filter functionnality ?
Just go on the title line and create a filter (menu Data/Filter/Automatic)
And then in the filter, select customized and select your condition.
Hope this helps

Success!

Thanks chaps.

BBHRVS, your idea worked a treat.

The IF formula didn't work, I don't know why, but thanks all the same.
