Formula that will take me to the next pay period end date.

I'm trying to create a formula that will take me to the next pay period end date.

For example, if the employee's leave of absence is going to go unpaid effective 1-1-15, I want a formula that will tell me when the last day of the pay period is for 1-1-15. We have a biweekly pay periods. Setting up the biweekly payperiods is pretty easy, but I'm not sure how to go from there.

the next pay period end date would be 1/3/15. The next pay period end date after that would be 1/17/15. Basically I want to enter a date and for it to tell me when the next pay period end date would be. Is that possible? Thank you.

=ROUNDUP((B3-B1)/B2,0)*B2+B1
