I have excel sheet with two columns (Employee Name and Technology).I need formula to filter data on technology column, instead of manually applying filter and sorting the data.

Is there any formula which gives me the result to find out the employee name based on technology.

(Example:If i want to find out the employee who have oracle and BI,after applying the formula i should have excel data with Tom,Dave and Robert)

Employee NameTechnology
TomOracle
RobertBI
NickMSBI
DaveOracle

Thank you.

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
assuming you are able to use extra columns, you could use an formula to specify if column B contains either word entered such as =IF(OR(B1=$D$1,B1=$E$1),"x","") where you have entered oracle into d1 and BI into E1

you could then put a macro button in to filter on column B lines that have an x.

I can help with this if you should need it.
