Formula to know if a project belongs to multiple departments.

Hi All,

I have data in two columns. In column A & and in column B. Column A contains customer name and column B contains department. We have total 3 departments. And a customer may belong to one department or it might belong to more than one department. I want to apply a formula in Column C to determine if a customer belongs to a single department or multiple departments. Please help.
