We are doing hardware testing and time many test in hours and minutes or minutes and seconds. Is there a formula that will add the values and then average them?

Thanks,
Steve

### Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).

If I understand your question correctly you can use the "average" function. It would look like this: =average(b11). It will add all of the values and then provide you with the average of that range. Be sure to format your destination cell w/your preferred time format.
