dear all
I would appreciate your help in this matter i have a working sheet "DATA ENTRY" where all thee entered data will be displayed on another sheet according to a cell value
i used the below formula
=IFERROR(INDEX('DATA ENTRY'!T:T,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW('DATA ENTRY'!$A$7:$A$10000)/(('DATA ENTRY'!$A$7:$A$1000=$A$7)*('DATA ENTRY'!$S$7:$S$10000=$S10)),COUNTIF($S$10:$S10,$S10))),"")

but for some reason the formula is not working well because some of the data i previously entered are not showing

if you could see in the attached file the "EMPLOYEE DATA" where all the formulas are written only in the columns T U V W in some rows the data is not showing as it should as the others cells
I really appreciate your help in this matter

Looks as though this part of the formula is wrong 'DATA ENTRY'!$A$7:$A$1000=$A$7it's only going to row 1000, rather than row 10,000
