I'm working on a formula that would insert an image into a cell. For example, if A1 = a certain value, then A2 would become an image that is in another cell somewhere.

Not getting it to work yet, but two questions:

When inserting the original image in the source cell, all instructions say to ''insert'' it there. Can I also cut and paste it there?

Also, in the cell the contains the original image, I understand that the image must be fully contained in its cell. What about a cropped image? The cropped image fits in the cell, but the original image (which can be recropped or uncropped) is bigger. Is that a problem?

Note below that all that would appear in the cell is Curly, but all stooges can be cropped back in.
