Formulas worked in Excel 2016, but not in Microsoft 365

Workbook opens fine, but some of the formulas are not working, some of them are array and others are just basic formulas but it's not popping up any errors.

I built it on a 2016 version professional, and sent it to a co-worker who has Microsoft 365 (which I have no access too nor ever used).

Any advice for a problem like this? Thanks in advance
