No matter what spreadsheet I use (including legacy ones from 2018) I can't use the freeze first column function. I uploaded my spreadsheet to another person and they were able to freeze the first column so I believe the issue is with my version of Excel 365. I re-installed it and it didn't change anything. I don't have any add-ins activated. Any ideas as to why this would be happening?
