Freeze Frame

I can activate freeze frame at the top of a sheet. I want to freeze frame, in addition to top freeze frame, freeze frame at the bottom of the same sheet. When I click Window, the only option I have is unfreeze frame. Is there a way, on the same sheet, to freeze fame at both the top and bottom? Thank you

There is no simple way to accomplish this. I know some people tried opening a 'new window' and resizing to put at the bottom. Other have tried writing some vba to accomplish this.
