Can you freeze frames at both the top and bottom of a sheet?

I have managed to figure out how to freeze rows at the top of a sheet but could do with freezing rows at the bottom as well

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.

Not as far as I know, but maybe you can achieve something similar by using a Split? (Window>Split).
