freezing cells

is there a way I can freeze a cell and row that's in the middle of my page. if i have box that is e2-36 to f2-f6 is there a way I can freeze that area? so when i scroll down that area i want to freeze stays in the center

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
select the cell then View > Freeze Panes > Freeze Panes. you cant just freeze a visible range on its own.

you might try opening a second window, tiling and then just display that in one window
