Good morning

Is there a way to create a custom frequency in a Pivot Table? I am looking to see the count of 0 - 3, including 3, 4 through 6, including 6 and any values over 7 in a range.

Thank You

This is exactly the same question I have, hate to see that almost 5 years later no one was able to help you here. If you can cast a bone my way I'll truly appreciate it.
Thank you

Instead of placing the category you wish to attain the frequency of in the Rows Area, Drag or Place the category in the Filters Area. Now you can Filter and create your custom Frequency Category by selecting the desired categories. You can create multiple Pivot Tables for multiple Frequencies desired.

keep in mind, if the data is updated the Pivot Table will not update automatically, you will need to right click and select Refresh.

You can also use the following formula.

Example. =SUM(COUNTIF(I2:I25,{0,1,2,3})) This must be applied selecting Control Shift Enter, as this is an array formula. Change your range to your need.

Hope this helps.
