Any Ideas for a formula that will add an additional staff member to row 4 at each $1000 sales increase. Row 2 is cumulative month over month year over year. Row 4 should not be. One new staff per $1000 increase

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Follow Up, my thread on the other forum was closed. Never had a problem in the past, but the current moderator was not a good fit. I am hoping that someone can help me here. I am more than appreciative of any and all time!!

Starting in C4
=IF(INT((C2-$B$2)/1000)>INT((B2-$B$2)/1000),"STAFF HIRE","")
