Hey guys ,

Here is what i would like to do . i have a folder that contains lots of sub folder with various different names and more subfolders within the subfolders

What i would like to have is a script that looks in all these folders and firstly looks for the excel sheets , getting a name and a file creation date and the folder path

i would then like to repeat the process for powerpoint , getting name , file creation date and the folder path

So ,what i would be left with is a spreadsheet , contained ,one column with files name , then file creation dates and the well paths .

Where would be a good place to start with something like this .

Thanks jack
