Getting an average between a number range

I have a column that stores hours that are worked on a job, they can range from between 0 hours and 15 hours, i want to be able to run anverage on this column but for it only to do the average for numbers greater than 0 and less than 10.................any ideas please?:confused:
 

Excel Facts
