Hello all experts,

I have a task which needs to return every first and third Wednesday of each month and every second and fourth Monday of each month.

The tricky part is, we don't use the ISO week system. We use board cast calendar.

For example Feb 2023, 1/2/2023 is Wednesday, and this is the first week. So the second Monday should return 6 Feb 2023 and fourth Monday will be 20 Feb 2023 and so on using the same algorithm for every month and every year. Plus, the first Wednesday of April 2023 should not return anything as that month first week is 1 April 2023 which is a Saturday. The third Wednesday of April should be 12/4/2023.

Any idea?
