Hi All,
I’m trying to search useful charts or ways to visually show a representation of my data set. So I’m trying to show the end user the flow/story of what the data represents so key decisions can me made off this. I’ve learnt waterfall charts from this link - How to create waterfall chart in Excel 2010 - 2013
Does anyone know of better ways of visually presenting my data so I can include it in presentations?

Thanks,
Anil

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
You're going to have to tell us quite a bit more about the data that you're trying to present. Maybe even upload to a file share an example of the data

Well I'm trying to show the change of data from an opening balance and closing balance at the end of the year. The waterfall chart shows the rise/falls of the changes month on month. I never knew about waterfall charts before last week and now I've started to include them in my presentations with my budget holders. I thought I'll ask a rather general question in case anyone from their world of work uses various charts or ideas to represent their data.
