Gray field buttons on Pivot Table MacOS

Hello! I can't seem to show the gray field buttons on my pivot table. I'm using MacOS is that the issue?

Hello! It's the report filtering field button that I do not see when using Mac.

That is not available in Mac Excel, apparently by design (metrics suggested they were hardly ever used as most people use slicers instead).
