Header/Footer Issue

I created a template that can be refreshed with data from Access and save copies to create statements. The statement template includes a header and footer. It works fine, but when other users are using it, the headers and footers don't appear properly, while they look fine on my machine. The footer contains 2 lines of text, and on the other computers the text gets scrunched together and overlaps. The strange thing is that it looks fine in Page Layout view, but if they print or PDF that's when the problem occurs. Is this some kind of bug or printer settings issue? I thought about creating a picture of the text as a workaround but I was wondering if there was something simpler I could do.
