I got a list of clients that have food restriction like this:
ClientRestriction1Restriction2Restriction3Restriction4Restriction5
ZedRicePastaFishFried FoodApples
CharlesRiceFishFried Food
Carl

<tbody>
</tbody>
And a list of foods that I serve in my company like this:

Foodingredient1ingredient2ingredient3ingredient4ingredient5
Food1RicePastaFishFried FoodApples
Food2PastaMeatFried Food
food3Cheese

<tbody>
</tbody>

I wanted to know if is it possible to make a table for instance or of the number of people that cant eat food1 or food2, or what persons cant eat food1 or food2, or food3

Is a big emergency!!
Thanks for the help

Thanks agains I will try it

It doesn't matter what language it is in. I will not apply the code for you. It is basic knowledge that you should know. Go to YouTube and search for "Unlock Developer Tab". Then search for "Adding VBA code to module". That will show you how to apply the code.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
marcelo2112,

When you respond to your helper(s), please use their site ID/username/handle.

This will keep thread clutter to a minimum and make the discussion easier to follow.

Thanks for the workbook.

But, you forgot to include Sheet3 manually completed by you for the results you are looking for.

Please post another workbook containing all three worksheets.

Then I will give it a try, even though the workbook is not in English.

marcelo2112,

QUOTES
1. Quote ONLY if it is needed to add clarity or context for your reply. If so, then
2. Quote ONLY the specific part of the post that is relevant - - not the entire post.

This will keep thread clutter to a minimum and make the discussion easier to follow.

marcelo2112,

Thanks for the new workbook.

I am not able to read/understand the language you are using.

Try posting your request in the following link section/area in the MrExcel forum.

I am send you another one in english.
The logic is if one people as a restriction and cannot eat fish, any meal that as fish in is composition that person cant eat it.
So what I want is a table that says how many people can eat meal1, how many people can eat meal2, etc.
And if is possible who are those people.

Thanks again!
This is a realy big problem because is very hard for us to control how many meals we have to make each day.

Thanks again and sorry for the inconvinience and bad english

marcelo2112,

Your latest link is asking for a User ID, and, Password?

Click on the Reply to Thread button, and just put the word BUMP in the thread. Then, click on the Post Quick Reply button, and someone else will assist you.

Hi Warpiglet, I think I agree with the sentiment to not apply the code for someone as they need to be responsible for the output - particularly in this case. But to say that writing and developing Macro's is Basic knowledge means the vast majority of Excel users dont have basic knowledge!

Just an observation.
