Help needed!

Hi All,

I have a report which shows clock in and out times for staff members. This literally shows every time they clock in/out during the day, but what I want to do is easily find just the first and last clock in/out.

The below link shows an example of the data.

Please can someone help either with a formula or VBA code?

no vba code, just use the MAX function.

no vba code, just use the MAX function.

The MAX function works to a point, but given that I have multiple dates in the list it isn't really fit for purpose.
I need a formula that finds the latest clock out for each day.
