Hi, I have column B which has a date if an employee has terminated, then another column says how long they've been working here, ie, less than 3months, between 3-6months, 6-12months, more than 12 months etc etc.

How can I say 'how many people terminated that worked:

less than 3 months
3-6mths
6-12mths, I need it be separate values for each timeframe.

Basically I need it to look at column B and if that has a value (date) in it, then look across to column D and then count dependant on how long they've been here.

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
