you can highlight quarter totals red if spend is down and green if up
quarter2cust2cust5cust10
or just list customers where spend is down in quarter 2

it is not a pivot table - and why do you need a graph - a table with in my example cust2 cust5 cust10 painted red appears to tell you the big picture

you do not need to do anything, but would a table with say red highlighting achieve what you want

do you mean down on a rolling 12 months basis ?

Hello I really appreciate your help with this

i have over 1000 customers and I would like to see the sales dropping per customer in 2016/2017 monthly compared to 2017/2018 monthly

would tables with "blocks" of customers eg A to D, E to H etc be acceptable ? As you will be looking at 1000 x 12 bits of data....
