Hi Guys.

Wondering if any one can help with this problem.

I have 207 cells in a colum. I need to put a check box in each that will show a True / False answer when check / unchecked.

Is there a way to copy paste this or do I have to give a check box to each cell and format each on indervidually.

Hope you can help

Thanks Davey :devilish:

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
Does it have to be a check box?

You could have one check box. Then enter an =if formula in each cell to enter a result of true. You could even get more fancy and use conditional formatting to change the font windgings which will display text as a (checkbox symbol)

Hope this helps,
Michael

Yeah a check box is required as once the box is checked and becomes true, a command button is pressed and each box checked will alter the value in an adjacent cell.

Any number of boxes can be checked.

Hope this answers the question
