help with if or formula

thanks for looking do some can see whats wrong with this formula it seems that I have been watching it too much and can't find the issue for not working

=IF(OR($B48="Withdrawn",$B48="CREDIT CARD"),IFERROR(VLOOKUP($Y48,'EFT Information'!$A:$L,13,0),"Not EFT"),"Not EFT")

13-GUTEMED	Withdrawn
00-COMPTECH	CREDIT CARD

<tbody>
</tbody>

this formula suppose to go and look if the below sheet contain withdrawn or credit card and if it those are going to vlookup and get the info and if is nothing to find then will get the not EFT, but I have information there and still is not EFT

thanks for looking but I made a routine mistake and the lookup formula is freeze and I didn't updated it, I have and is working
