Hello sergio.exsa,
If I understand what you're after then it shouldn't be too difficult to find a solution.
Am I correct in thinking that there's no harm in physically opening the file, you just don't
want the user(s) to take issue with the status of certain commandbars?

If that's the case there is more than one way to handle it.
You could have the file open and automatically enable/show the commandbar(s)
of interest.
Or perhaps have it run a test to see which ones are enabled/showing and bring up a
userform with a list of the ones that are not enabled/showing and allow them to choose
which ones to show.
There a other options as well. It just depends on what you really want to do.
I would think refusing to allow the file to open would be more likely to make the user
mad than giving them a way to get the commandbar(s) they want when it opens.

(We are talking about one or more standard toolbar(s) and not a custom one that
some users won't have on their computers, right?)
