Hide sheets (not by format - sheet - hide)

I have created a menu with a large number of buttons on sheet 1 in a workbook, a menu sheet. These buttons are linked to different macros and when clicked they take you to antoher sheet in the same workbook. Antoher obvoius way to get to these other sheets is off course to click on the sheet directly (at the bottom of the excel window)

Is there a way of removing the normal way of changeing sheet, ie hide the sheets? If I do a format - sheet - hide (that removes the sheet from the list at the bottom) and then click the button for that very sheet I naturally a get an error.

My thougt is some vb-code that un-hides sheets when they are called upon by the button-macro, and re-hides them as soon as the user returns to the menu-sheet. Possible?

If so, could someone please give me a start on how that code should look? Please.

Wow, how simple things can be
Only problem is that when having ALOT of sheets it means I have alot of buttons and therefore alot of macros. These macros was alreday made by someone and now I have to add the code for un-hiding the sheets to every macro. I guess I could us some a VB-editor that could do this easily by a search-replace-function.

Thanks for the quick reply!
