So I have a Excel Sheet which looks like the one below and I want to automatically Highlight the particular cell which falls under the specific date and EST time range. (Time Slot being fixed for everyday and Date changes weekly basis)

Here, the time range (from) and (to) are in EST but each person's are from different time zone, i.e some are from India (IST) and some from CST timezone etc. and the excel sheet is shared using online/web excel (SharePoint)

Please help me how can I achieve this..

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
here highlight particular cell in terms of highlight person name.
And person name schedule is different for each timeslot every week.

For reference:
Time Range (A4 to A9 and B4 to B9) is constant. (EST Timing)
Date (D2 to H2) is variable and changes weekly.
Person (D4 to H9) is also variable and changes weekly.

and suppose today is 11/10 i.e Wed, Nov 10th and time is 11:40 AM EST, I want to highlight F6 and A6, B6
