Hourly Gantt Chart % complete formatting

Good day, I am trying to create an hourly based gantt chart. I have it pretty much functional, but I have 2 issues I'm working through. First, I would like for the % completed to also show on the task timeline. I have tried to reverse engineer this formula from a day/week gantt chart but I cannot get the formula to work. Second, I would like to have a line show for the date and time of the planned completion of the total project (ETC Date/Time). I am trying to use conditional formatting, but I cannot get it to work down to the hour of the specified day. Snippets below for both. Thank you

Excel Facts

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
