How can I make it so users cannot hide anything (rows/columns) in a shared workbook, or revert to the original view when exiting?

I have a shared workbook that 20 people access. Everyone has different skill levels and some people don't know how to unhide..

Protect view will disable formatting but I don't want this as I would like to allow users to be able to shrink/expand.

Is there a way to disable hiding rows/columns only? Or to have a user make changes but after they save, the view is back to the original with all columns/rows expanded?

Excel Facts

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
These are the inputs for that

VBA Code:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)

    //Re-enable in Column Context Menu
    Application.CommandBars("Column").Controls("Unhide").Enabled = True

    //Re-enable in Ribbon Format menu
    Application.CommandBars("Format").Controls("???").Enabled = True

End Sub

Private Sub Workbook_Open()

    //Disable in Column Context Menu
    Application.CommandBars("Column").Controls("Unhide").Enabled = False

    //Disable in Ribbon Format menu
    Application.CommandBars("Format").Controls("???").Enabled = True

End Sub
