How to automatically update a master table with tables from other worksheets ?

Hello,

I have a master table in which I want to fill it with data from other 3 worksheets (each worksheet for a single person). I was thinking on updating the master table through the project Tag collumn and from there I'll work my way with IfError(Vlookup()) to fill in the rest of the collumns, but right now the main issue has been to correctly introduce each project tag from the different worksheets onto the master table:

As an example similar to what I have, I share the following:

The main objective would be to manually insert the project and dates in the sub worksheets, so it would automatically "appear" in the master table.
