How to calculate KPI's in excel

Hello All,

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.

Thanks for the reply.

The total amount per employee is already calculated in the left table with the following formula (=COUNTIF(D4:N9,"JD") must admit the one you suggested is much more precise. The struggle is now to make calculation per employee for registered document in each month and year. This report suppose to show each employee's contribution.

I hope this clarify the issue better.
