how to compile updated data in a new work book using macros

Hi all,
i need to compile some data and here's the problem im facing:

i have worksheet in which i regularly update my data. as i upadate i overwrite the information in the cells. Now i need to track all the changes in another work book such that every time i open my "tracking workbook" the updated data appears below the existing one.
