If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Are you sure you mean Median age ?
The population numbers are not necessary to work out the Median age : =MEDIAN(A2:A82)

If you mean the weighted average age : =ROUND(SUMPRODUCT(A2:A82,B2:B82)/SUM(B2:B82),0)

what about using a helper column, such as in row zzz : =SUM($B$1:Bzzz)/SUM(B:B)
