how to loop macros for the all rows ?

i have all the data under A
i want move
a1 to a1
a2 to b1
a3 to c1
a4 to d1
a5 to e1
a6 to f1

and then again
a7 to a2
a8 to b2
and so on....
and the file is too large to do manually
please write a macro for me....
i dont know much about excel.... please give me the code.

I took a windows snip and only got the top half of the post. Completely missed the break point. I can't see anyone cutting time from Rick's method (unless SNB get's involved with something esoteric and almost inconprehensible). I thought you may have set up a Timer object for more precise measurements (which I was too lazy to do).

Afraid you're right about Kevin O-No. When the staff quit when he returned to offfice the country should be worried.

And as for the Ashes the team should be recalled and replaced by the Newcastle U12s; they couldn't do any worse.

No just used the simple timer...when we start getting to hundreds and thousands of a sec....I'll give up !!!
